In the arms of April
While winter is still arguing with spring,
But soon under the fervent drops
Radiant embrace will open
Blue-eyed sunny April.
With his broad warm soul
He will warm the frozen meadows,
With a hot amber hand
, He will melt the ice, the last snows.
And it will make a mighty and harsh noise
A full — flowing river,
Breaking the winter crystal shackles,
Water will wash the shores generously
And you will understand fertility will give.
And they will be reflected in mirrors
Willow sisters in golden shawls,
Shining on plush furs.
Spring will decorate her curls with the most delicate watercolor of primroses,
And they will cry joyfully in the dawn
Cranes on the rays of spring Rus.
